Phenytoin Toxicity with Associated Meningeal Reaction

ABSTRACT

An example of meningeal irritation with C.S.F. changes is reported in a mentally defective epileptic girl receiving D.P.H. therapy. Only one comparable case has been discovered in a search of the literature. Recovery followed withdrawal of the drug.
