Sex Chromatin Abnormalities in Female Subnormal Patients

A sex chromatin survey of 735 female mental defectives is reported. Two cases of the XXX syndrome and 1 case of XX/XO mosaicism were found. Chromosome counts and case histories of these patients are given and other reports in the literature are compared and reviewed.
