Chlordiazepoxide (Librium) A Clinical Trial of its use in Controlling Symptoms of Anxiety

1. A double-blind investigation into the use of chlordiazepoxide in controlling anxiety in 43 patients is described.

2. Anxiety was not significantly reduced when the results, using a dosage of 10 mg. t.d.s., were compared with the changes observed during the use of a placebo.
