A Comparative Trial of Diazepam (Valium) and Amylobarbitone

A blind controlled clinical trial of diazepam 7frac12 mg. t.d.s. and amylobarbitone gr.frac34 t.d.s. showed diazepam to be superior in patients attending a psychiatric out-patient department with symptoms of anxiety.
