A case of fetishism is reported in which treatment by aversion conditioning is considered after a follow-up period of twenty-two months to have been successful. The nature and effects of the deviant sexual behaviour are briefly discussed, and also the value of psychotherapeutic tenets such as Insight, Catharsis, and Transference.
