Neoplastic Liability in Klinefelter's Syndrome

A case of Klinefelter's Syndrome is described with biochemical, genetic, psychological and pathological findings. The patient held the delusion that he had been changed into a woman, a symptom never previously indicated in the syndrome. Attention is drawn to the presence of malignant neoplasm and the significance this may have for all patients with the syndrome.
