Psychiatry in the Northern Sudan: A Study in Comparative Psychiatry

A study of Northern Sudanese psychiatry has been made as compared to British psychiatry. Stress has been laid on the ways the two differ from each other, and the differences are attributed to differences in cultural patterns. The hypotheses given to account for the differences cited are in need of further research and verification.
