Five exhibitionists and a method of treatment

RP Snaith and SA Collins

Five consecutive patients referred to a psychosexual clinic are described to illustrate the diversity of aetiology and pathology, and the need for a range of treatment techniques. Three patients responded to a cognitive-behavioural therapy which is described, and one to antidepressive drug treatment.
