No significant difference in the lateralisation of tactile-evoked
potentials was found when a tactile stimulus was applied to the index
finger of 14 schizophrenic patients and 14 age- and sex-matched controls.
The early tactile responses, recorded from contralateral and ipsilateral
parietal scalp electrodes, were compared. Our results differ from
previously reported results.
