Observations on the Effect of Myanesin (3 Orthotoloxy-1,2 Propaneidol or Tolserol) on Epileptic Thresholds and Some Psychiatric Conditions

ABSTRACT

1. Myanesin is found to raise the threshold for E.C.T. and Leptazol.
   
2. The effect is less marked on Leptazol thresholds.
   
3. Some effects on psychiatric syndromes are reported.
   
4. The mechanisms of these phenomena and their possible significance are discussed.
