ABSTRACT
Six cases of varying degrees of mental disturbance in adult Indians is presented. All were concerned in working with petrol heavily charged with tetraethyl lead, over long periods. Gross loss of weight, mental confusion, fear and paranoid ideas, worse at night, stood out in the series. The two most deeply disturbed patients died, and the P.M. findings are given. No record was available of previous personalities.
