Some Studies of the Amino-Acids in Body Fluids in Patients with Various Forms of Mental Disease, by Paper Partition Chromatography

ABSTRACT

A method of ascending paper partition chromatography of amino-acids in urine, C.S.F. and plasma has been described.

A series of 149 patients suffering from various forms of mental disease, and 48 normal controls were studied. No significant differences between the two groups were found.
