Dear editors and writers,

I would like to know more details of the General Anesthetics with the elderly patients in the GA group.

As a practising anesthesiologist in Hong Kong, I and my patients would be very grateful if you would disclose these details because personally I found patients given propofol, sevoflurane, fentanyl only did very well post- operatively. Do other practitioners have similar experiences.

Many thanks for the study.
