Uneventful Trifluoperazine (Stelazine) Therapy After Previous Granulocytic Depression

There are many reports referring to incidence of agranulocytosis in patients receiving phenothiazines. This and the potential hepatotoxic effect of this group of drugs have been the greatest drawback in their usage.
